- While camping out in the wilderness, Webbeh tracks the scent of an interloper who is revealed to be Bagel, the subject of several folklore anecdotes and a supposed creature of fiction. Bagel is drunk and is attempting to recall his purpose on Earth.
- John the Gunman is a former bounty hunter with a troubled and inexplicable past.
- The Wild West is evolving as the complexity of technology increases. New contraptions are being envisaged every day, but one specific individual is bringing his ideas to life, however, for malicious intentions. The robots are rising!
- Regarded as a myth amongst settlers, Bagel is mysterious creature who is usually the subject of folklore anecdotes in Fanick, since humans still believe they are the only species on Earth. Due to Bagel being seen quite frequently by people, he has gained a notorious reputation. A cult was formed, Bǎi Jí Quān, who worship Bagel on a daily basis as they believe he is a deity and savior of mankind. Bagel is, in fact, an alien drunkard who suffered from amnesia and can't remember why he's on Earth.
- Bagel finds out about the Bǎi Jí Quān, a cult who worship him as they believe Bagel is a deity and savior of mankind. The cult is spread out through the country and they all have the similar goal to kidnap Bagel.
- Webbeh is John's trusty steed. Webbeh has a permanent halo of butterflies and leaves a rainbow trail in its wake as it gallops. People often criticize John for riding such an eccentric horse, as it is bright and colorful in contrast to John. Webbeh's gender is ambiguous, though John usually refers to the horse using male terms.
- Predicaments from John's past resurface and John finds himself running for his life.
- This Bagel is notably more paler than his Prime Universe counterpart.
- A villager in Anytown, Sara, is burned at the stake because the locals assumed she was a witch. She is executed in front of her son, Wario, and lover, Dan, who plots to exact revenge on the real witches in town, the Moirai sisters. Meanwhile, the Moirai sisters are members of Bǎi Jí Quān, and they have been stalking Bagel since he met John, as they plan to kidnap him.

- Bagel is a dysfunctional alcoholic known to greatly exaggerate and tell tales of which he rarely remembers the finer details.
- Despite being an animal, Webbeh is able to decipher good from bad and right from wrong. With that being said, Webbeh knows when to persevere during a fight or flee. He is very loyal to his owner John.
- John is a very quiet and rather humorless character. He rarely speaks, but when he does, he talks using a sardonically condescending tone. Despite this, John shows a great sense of justice, being ready to help people that need it.
