| - This land lies to the west of Elddim, and it borders the town from the Great Northern Forest and the Lang Mire. It is divided from Elddim Glade by hills in the south, as well as by a deep cut created by one of the tributaries to the Iliarth River. It is close to the main river; and, as such, holds much of Elddim's local agricultural production. A guard watches the north end of Elddim on the chapel side, between the town and the forest. There is a bridge across the above-mentioned ravine, similar to the one in Ehb's farmlands. The path dumps into a basin where the numerous Krug have set up fortifications and attacked farmers. Going north leads the player to a large, ruined temple edifice, likely Utraean in construction. Behind this is a Great Northern Forest entrance. Going westward from the basin brings the player witness to willows, meaning significant water is nearby. Westmore still is the vast, murky Lang Mire. The Elddim Lowlands tend to be used by low-level players seeking the bountiful XP farm that is Lang and its associated wildlands, such as the Mire, the Goblin Warrens, and Redwood Gap.
