- Pell is a harvest-talent fairy. She looks very similar to Pluck, both having darker brown hair and slitted brown eyes, but there is no known relationship between the two of them. Pell usually wears a sleeveless purple shirt with a green collar, a green belt in the same color, a flowy purple skirt that looks as if it were made out of spider silk, and green boots.

- Pell was a military officer in a pre-warp society on a planet visited by Enterprise NX-01 in 2152. When Captain Jonathan Archer and Lieutenant Malcolm Reed returned to the planet to retrieve a lost communicator, Pell apprehended the two, suspecting them of being operatives of the Alliance, a political organization opposed to his own. After Archer and Reed were examined by a doctor, they were described as super soldiers developed by the "Alliance". Pell was ordered by General Gosis to execute them.
