Sidney Arsenio Cassim (April 9, 3465 - October 4, 3540) was a Rutanian politician who served as the President of the University of Bozarburg. Cassim has also served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and as the leader for his party's youth and student wing. He also served as the Acting Leader of the Urban Party of Rutania from 3501 to 3502. After stepping down as the President of the University of Bozarburg, Cassim returned to the private sector where he worked at a non-profit dedicated to helping underprivileged youth.
