I don't think we need any more rollbackers. The only power they (we) have that regular users don't is rolling back multiple edits from the same user, which is only really useful against vandalism, more specifically repeated edits of the same page. It's been pointed out that we have enough admins- admins who have rollback rights in addition to many others, and thus are more useful/less redundant than rollbackers.
