| - The most noticeable thing about Dead Metal's appearance in this game is that he is grey and pink. This was due to the fact that the real-life Dead Metal was originally to be painted pink, to match his lobster-like appearance. This idea was decided against on the real machine, but it was implemented in this game for unknown reasons. It wasn't though, repeated in any subsequent Robot Wars games. Despite his colour scheme, Dead Metal is distinguishable as his real-life counterpart, and he is positioned in the bottom-right Corner Patrol Zone (CPZ). Dead Metal's claws are visible, and they continually open and close during battles. It is unclear though as to where the saw is mounted. There is, however, a grey line on his back, this could suggest either the arm, on which the saw was mounted in previous wars, or it could represent the saw itself. There are also two other grey lines on his back, presumably representing his wheels or the spikes on his exoskeleton. When attacking competitor robots, Dead Metal simply opens and closes his claws, damaging the competitor robot. He also follows competitor robots around his CPZ to attack them. Dead Metal, like the other House Robots in this game, turns to face competitors as they pass his CPZ but do not enter it.
