Stan Kenton (15 December 1911 – 25 August 1979) was a Human jazz musician who lived during the 20th century. His works included Grammy Award-winning Adventures in Time. Wesley Crusher stood in several times on bongos, most notably at the Birdland. In return, he gave William T. Riker a trombone lesson. In later years, he was widely active as an educator. His band performed the song "Orange Colored Sky" (with Nat King Cole on vocals) which was heard in the Fallout: New Vegas TV ad.
