abstract	Husen Al-Dubrir was born to a long line of noblemen on Had Abaddon, a legendary world within the Ashlan Expanse. During his teenage years, he broke away from his family’s legacy of politics and law and joined a criminal organization called the Shadows of the Phoenix. His most famous mission within the criminal syndicate was the assassination of Galactic Republic Senator Padric Bac, the father of Ussej Padric Bac. As the decades went by, Al-Dubrir became more and more involved within the organization and eventually became its leader, training notable mercenaries such as Mathias Helsdain, a man who would eventually became an ally of Laili Jeyna Rendar. Al-Dubrir sent numerous contacts into the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire during the Great Territorial War and eventually became a close ally of the Sith Empress Viea. Fifteen years after the end of the Great Territorial War, Al-Dubrir led a military coup against the democratically elected government of Had Abaddon. Though Ussej Padric Bac and Laili Jeyna Rendar attempted to stop him, he became the sole ruler of the Ashlan world. However, after Viea drew her support from his organization, Ussej Padric Bac II collapsed the empire and assassinated Husen Al-Dubrir.
