Ghundi Kala was a settlement in the Middle East. Two years before Day 9, a American drone destroyed an Al-Qaeda meeting hall in Ghundi Kala, as part of a targeted assassination of terrorist insurgent Mahmoud Al-Harazi. Twenty-three others were also killed in the explosion, including six children. Al-Harazi's wife, Margot, barely survived the attack and plotted revenge against James Heller, who had authorized the strike. ("Day 9: 3:00pm-4:00pm")
