The Republic of Superior Army is the branch of the Republic of Superior Military responsible for land-based military operations. The primary mission of the Army is to "provide necessary forces and capabilities....to protect the Republic from outside threats...and to support defensive strategies." Control and operation is administered by the Department of the Army, one of the three service departments of the Department of Defense. The civilian head is the Secretary of the Army and the highest ranking military officer in the department is the Commanding General of the Army.

The Regular Army is reported to have a strength of 50,000 soldiers, the Army National Guard (ARNG) reported at about 20,000, and the Republic of Superior Army Reserve (RSAR) reported at around 15,000, putting the combined component strength of the Army at a total of 85,000 soldiers.
