Narg-nettles are a rare species of plant which is found on an asteroid in the Vegetarian Sector. Like stinging nettles on Earth, they cause a painful sting if touched. They are purple and have very sharp leaves. The more a narg-nettle stings dinosaurs that try to eat it, the faster it grows, so it actively seeks out animals to sting, as Teggs found out when he tried to eat one. Narg-needles were also part of the creature Tarxig, adding to its aggressive nature.
