Wygląda jak połączenie alfonsa i wariata ze stylową bródką i kocimi, wrednymi oczami, a poza tym przypomina nieco Paździocha. Posiada wy40px|link=ną w kosmos laskę. Jest teoria, że być może to on stworzył Słonia z serem zamiast głowy, gdyż miał bzika na punkcie sera. Niestety zginął zakur40px|link=ny przez Jyggalaga. Później Sheogorathem stał się ten gość bohater z Kvatch czy jak mu tam... w każdym razie nie dostał sera, I nie był prawdziwym Sheogorathem, to jego widzimy w Skyrim jako Sheogorath
