- The Ghost Pirate (ゴーストパイレート Gōsutopairētsu?) is the boss of the Haunted Ship stage from Sonic Rush Adventure. It was created by Dr. Eggman and Eggman Nega.
- A Ghost Pirate is a type of Space Pirate using cloaking and teleporting technology to avoid attacks. They have the same weapons as regular Space Pirates. They are essentially an upgrade to the Shadow Pirates.

- The Ghost Pirate is a boss in Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge. He appears in the Breegull Beach level and it takes three hits with Blue Eggs to defeat him. There is also a portrait of him in the underwater shipwreck. After Banjo rescues Kazooie and learns how to shoot eggs at bad guys, they can fight him by stepping on the yellow skull. He has treasure on his ship, which is a Jiggy, and when he is defeated his ship goes back underwater. One notable thing about him is that his voice in the boss fight is a low-pitched version of Grunty's Voice or Captain Blackeye's Voice, as he makes the same laugh and shriek as her but lower-pitched.
