Dull Bones are enemies found in Hooktail Castle in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Dull Bones are a weakest of the undead enemies and, as their name implies, they are dull in color. Dull Bones wear green shoes and have some hairs sticking up. Unlike other bones enemies, once they are smashed they can't reassemble, Dull Bones can also construct other Dull Bones to help fight. Dull Bones and Dark Dull Bones also appear in Super Paper Mario with the same tactics, using a non-RPG styled battle. In Super Paper Mario, they can throw bones from a distance.
