Salium is the Telian name for an element that is present in all parts of the galaxy and theorized by Telian scientists to be the second most abundant element around. Salium is also present in the atmosphere of Telios Prime, although in small percentages only. Used extensively in several industrial settings, salium is often stored in liquid state, under pressure in specialized containers and is much more stable than telium in those conditions.
