Roi/Reine de Kanjor (King/Queen of Kanjor) is the title of the reigning Monarch in Kanjor. The title first came into use during the Second Kingdom Era of Kanjorien history. More recently, the usage of the phrase came about after the successful monarchist movement of the 2680s recreated the Monarchy under the control of the House of Orléans-Vasser. The last Monarch to rule over Kanjor was HRH Queen Sophie Irène, daughter of HRH King Patric Frédéric and great-great-granddaughter of former-King Albert III. The Monarchy ceased to exist in 2889 after their exile from Kanjor by a hostile Communist government, and many members of the Royal family and their relatives were purged during a period known as the 'Reign of Terror'.
