| - William Schönhausen (ゐりゃむちんはうそん, Wiriamu Schinhauson) is a senior member of Avenon and one of Azashi's two most trusted subordinates. As such, he is one of the few members that has met the leader face to face, and furthermore, one of the three to normally be by his side. Unlike Hizen Sakamoto and the others that recruited Sannoto Nageki, his loyalty is iron clad and has pledged himself completely to the true cause of Avenon. William hails from the Schönhausen Family, an inclusive German family of Quincy that went into hiding prior to the extermination of their brethren. While wealthy, the family long lacked a powerful member till the birth of William nearly thirty years ago.

For the majority of his life, William adhered to his family's ideals of isolation from spiritual affairs—developing his skills but not attempting acts of heroism as his predecessors did and were slaughtered for. At some point, he married a young woman, who of which could see spirits and hollows. One day, she was caught off guard and brutally killed by a rampaging hollow. Confused and furious, William slaughtered his family in his rage, saying that had he not been so willfully ignorant of spiritual affairs and kept tabs on such things, this may have never happened. Soon enough, he was approached by Azashi and inducted into a newly formed group named Avenon.
