Formerly the DCPD's demolitions expert, and a Skull Man, Stevens' is now believed to have been the terrorist Noir Abandon, held responsible for all of the recent bombings in Doramraz. He was shot through the heart while laying explosives around the base of Silvamar, the Fourth Upper estate of The Periph Family. He wore a long coat, gloves, and a black film over his face, and explosives, knives, and pistols, and an ample supply of Led are found on the body. Written in his own blood is the message "We will find our place amongst the ashes," although it is not clear whether the message was written by Stevens himself, prior to death, or by a third party prior to the arrival of the police.

It is assumed that Stevens acted alone, and the Doramraz City Police Department announces to the press that Noir Abandon is dead.
