Juilus Cesar dos is the Leader of Ranburne. He joined Cyber Nations several years ago. The first alliance he jumped in was UAN, which merged with the Coalition of Independent Nations. There, he learned the art of tech raiding by raiding a rogue. The next alliance he joined was We Are Perth Army. There, he raided and got into his first alliance war, the Shark War (Siberian Tiger Alliance and Mushroom Kingdom vs WAPA), where he learned waragaism (being out numbered and loving every target you can hit or get hit by). Then, after staying in WAPA for a few months, he ended up in the government as a deputy to the Minister of Recruitment (MoR). Then, after staying in WAPA for a few months, he ended up in the government as a deputy to the Minister of Recruitment (MoR). After that he went to Scotland Forever and was a deputy in foreign affairs, but that didn't last for very long. Juilus left for 1 Touch Football because of inactivity in SF. There he became MoR and stayed for six months. He decided to help create an alliance, UA, which ultimately put him on the Multicolored Cross-X Alliance's Perma ZI list, although he was quickly removed from it. He went back to WAPA and just didn't feel welcome, so he left once again for 1TF where he was a Firms Director. 1TF then merged with RoA to create Colossus and he served at MoD. From there he moved on to TLK where he now sits as MoD.
