The Lancastrians, are a British pop rock band formed in Altrincham, Cheshire. They are probably most remembered for their hit record, "We'll Sing in the Sunshine", released in late 1963. Other notable single releases are: "The World Keeps Going Round' (written by Ray Davies of the Kinks), "Let's Lock the Door", and for the song, "Was She Tall" - written by the band's guitarist, Barry Langtree.
