Trevor Kendall Alberts (born August 8, 1970) is an American sports administrator and the director of athletics at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Alberts is a former American college and professional football player. He played college football for the University of Nebraska, and earned All-American honors at linebacker. He played professionally for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL) for three seasons, after having been fifth overall pick in the 1994 NFL Draft. Later, he became a television and print college football commentator, most notably working alongside Mark May on ESPN's College GameDay Scoreboard show.
