Since we're pretty well settled into 1.14 now, I've updated the sitenotice to point to a summary of new features: 1.
* The Image: namespace is now called File: due to a change in the MediaWiki defaults. Wikia could have forced the software to stay with Image: but Wikipedia made the change, so we might as well do it too. Friendly droids have processed nearly every page to reflect this. Image: will still work, but please don't use it any more. We don't know when or if it will ever be turned off, and we like standards compliance anyway. This is how MediaWiki works now. Please, for the love of Katarn, update your sigs. 2.
* Administrators (and only administrators for the foreseeable future) can now move files to new filenames. Use to request a move. Please don't go too nuts with it, un

* A new "invert selection" button on the Special:Undelete page makes it easier for people without the oversight ability to hide revisions. Don't be surprised if you see apparently random deletions and restorations of prominent pages on the Recent Changes as we are able to take our "deny recognition" policy to a new level. 4.
* Image use syntax now has a "link=" parameter that can be used for internal or external links. (We can ignore Wikimedia's copyright paranoia at that external link there, but this is something that should only be used in special cases like templates and sigs.) Again, this is something you can update your signatures to use, and we can get rid of lots of byte-wasting and CPU-eating CSS and HTML coding. 5.
