Just so everyone knows, Leland Chee has deemed that the Star Wars Tales comic Resurrection is now canon ( see ). Please make sure no one reverts mention of this on the Darth Maul, Darth Vader, Death Star I, Sithspawn, Sith alchemy, and Prophets of the Dark Side articles. Thanks, Cutch 17:37, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

Thanks, Cutch 17:37, 4 May 2006 (UTC) * Much thanks to you, Cutch. Darth Kevinmhk 04:04, 5 May 2006 (UTC) * Not his comment, however: "The Vader vs. Maul brawl is canon? It's not quite the real Darth Maul. Hence the "or something." Who knows, it could have been a vision like Luke confronting Vader on Dagobah or just some sort of Sith illusion. Or a clone. Nothing's been determined as to what we are actually seeing, just that Vader and Maul have a pretty cool battle." That's a rather ambiguous statement. It's canon, but we don't know that it was a real Maul or a vision. --SparqMan 18:00, 5 May 2006 (UTC) * The additions to the Darth Vader and Darth Maul articles are both vague enough to take this into consideration, I believe. Cutch 19:46, 5 May 2006 (UTC) * Yup, both articles state that it was unclear that how this Maul 2.0 born. (But as out of universe viewers, we know that Maul died on Naboo is also canon, thus this is a different guy.) Darth Kevinmhk 03:42, 6 May 2006 (UTC) * Interestingly, this also makes Old Wounds non-canon, as Watto's death is listed as non-canon. -LtNOWIS 20:09, 6 May 2006 (UTC) * Less "makes Old Wounds non-canon" and more "reinforces the fact that Old Wounds is non-canon." Cutch 20:21, 6 May 2006 (UTC) * I can stand that Resurrection becomes canon, but not Old Wounds. Darth Kevinmhk 04:20, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
