- Jekyll and Hyde, a.k.a. (I was) Jekyll Jekyll Hyde, is a song presented in the episode "Arthur's Almost Live Not Real Music Festival" based on the book The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson and describes how Brain was having nightmares after reading the book. The song is sung (actually, spoken in rhythm) by Alan Powers (performed by Luke Reid). In Arthur and Friends: The First Almost Real Not Live CD (or Tape) CD, This song appears as the track 7.
- Before the Optional Randoms & Goblins update, if ignored, Dr. Jekyll would turn into Mr. Hyde (level 14-159, depending on the player's Combat level) and attack the player with Melee. If killed, he would drop a potion, similar to if he was given a herb. However, sometimes he dropped an empty vial. Killing him could sometimes be more profitable than giving him a herb, as he could possibly drop a Super restore potion (4). The list, which potion Dr. Jekyll gave for the herb:
- Jekyll and Hyde are two unseen characters that were involved in an unseen mission on Casa Noir. They were two "dirty old men" who got excited over seeing Kei's naked body while in she was in the bath. Their names are a reference to the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Killing him could sometimes be more profitable than giving him a herb, as he could possibly drop a Super restore potion (4). Since the update that retired the random event, Dr Jekyll will occasionally appear in Varrock square and run to the Apothecary. The list, which potion Dr Jekyll gave for the herb:

- When a character and his Evil Twin, Evil Counterpart, or Shadow Archetype are really the same guy after all. Or, sometimes, a completely different character is sharing body space with another. The point is, the villain lives inside the hero's body, and therefore hides in plain sight. The hero is trying to catch himself. Comes, of course, from The Strange Case of Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, by Robert Louis Stevenson. It used to be a Twist Ending, but it no longer surprises anyone. Not to be confused with the stage musical of the same name. Examples of Jekyll and Hyde include:
