| - M'kay. I had this idea forever and here it is! I meant to spell 'kitergarden' instead of 'kindergarden'. ♥I support HawkxIvy♥ 14:23, August 29, 2013 (UTC) “Brambleclaw! Wake up! You’re going to be late for school!” I rolled off my nest. Today was the first day of high school. “Ugh, mom. Five more minutes?” I hollered down to the kitchen. “No!” Called Goldenflower. “Tawnypelt’s awake and Tigerstar is getting ready for work!” I was suddenly awake. Dad was going to work already? I was really late. I flung on my shirt and pants and ran downstairs. Tawnypelt was enjoying some mouse toast. “So, I see you’re up already, Mrs. Perfect.” I meowed. “Hey, it’s not my fault I’m better than you in every possible way. And I’m not a mrs.!” Yelled my sister. “Tawnypelt!” Mom looked very disappointed at sis. “You are so a mrs! I’ve seen the way you and Rowanclaw look at each other!” I countered. Tawnypelt blushed. “Well, he is kind of cute.” I smirked. “Well anyway, I’m going to Ashfur’s house! Bye mom! Bye dad!” I gave Goldenflower and Tigerstar a lick. I grabbed a squirrel pancake. “Don’t forget your bag!” Called mom. She threw me a blue backpack that said “Brambleclaw” on it. “Thanks mom!” I called as I ran out the door. I ran all the way to Ashfur’s house. I knocked on the door and it swung open. “Ashfur!” I called. Ashfur appeared at the door with a green bag with an ash tree on it. “Nice bag,” I meowed. “I like yours too,” he meowed back. “Come on! Let’s go to Birchfall’s house!” I meowed. Me and Ashfur sprinted to Birchfall`s house. We knocked on the door and Birchfall stepped out. “Hey guys!” He meowed. “Wanna walk to school together?” Ashfur asked. “Naw, I can’t. I got to walk Dovekit and Ivykit to kitergarden.” He meowed. “Oh, okay.” I meowed. “Have a fun time at kitergarden,” I meowed to Dovekit and Ivykit. Me and Ashfur exchanged looks and started off to Clanland High School. “Hey, Squirrelflight!” I called to Squirrelflight and her sister. She turned around from where she was talking to Stormfur and Crowfeather and started walking towards them. Stormfur stayed behind but Crowfeather came with me and Ashfur. “Hey, nice glasses.” I meowed to Leafpool. “Thanks.” She blushed. “I want you guys to meet Crowfeather. He’s”— --“Your boyfriend,” giggled Squirrelflight. “No.” Continued Leafpool. “He’s a tom I met at summer camp.” “Sup.” I meowed to Crowfeather. He was wearing a black shirt with a crow on it, and a necklace with a dog tooth on it. He seemed pretty confident. I turned back to Squirrelflight. “Now we get to talk in person instead of on the phone or in e-mails.” I laughed. Me, Ashfur, and Squirrelflight would talk on the three way phone mechanic or send e-mails to each other. “You know, I really missed you”— A bell jangled and everyone started walking into school. I took a deep breath. High school was here for real.
