It began as an imprint of HarperCollins UK in the 1990s and expanded to their Australian branch. In 2011, it was relaunched when HarperCollins' Eos Books was rebranded as "Harper Voyager" and merged with the Voyager imprint, creating a global imprint from HarperCollins for all of their science fiction and fantasy related novels. The original imprint was responsible for printing the UK release of James Van Hise' The Unauthorized History of Trek in 1995.
