Zan-Kryi didn’t start life as Zan-Kryi. His name was Zan Chong and he was a typical rice farmer with nothing stand out about him. He was married with a wife and kids, well liked among his friends and peers, living his normal life in a small village nobody ever heard of, but that all changed one night when a djinn from the elemental chaos found him drunk in a rice patty one night. Zan-Kyri’s master has tasked him with finding any stone artificial of great magical power that would be a suitable gift the Djinn could use to gain favor in the elemental court. Without much more guidance than that command, he sent Zan-Kyri to the mortal plane to start his search.
