Terrence Quillen was an associate of Joseph Marconi, and a street enforcer in Las Vegas in the mid-1990s. When Eleanor Wish got out of prison and came to Las Vegas, she contacted Quillen because she had met his niece, Patsy, in prison. He provided Wiish with money to get started as a professional gambler. In follow up, he collected a $200 street-tax from her every week.
