The Board on the Fight Against Poverty or BFAP is a federally funded board created in 2010 by the Act on the Fight Against Poverty which was proposed by Yuri Medvedev and approved with unanimous consent by congress on November 13th, 2010. The powers invested within that act were not set up and created until March of 2013 by then Labour Party Labour Minister Marcus Villanova.
