| - "The Replacement" is the third episode of the fifth season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and is the eighty-first episode altogether. It was written by Jane Espenson and directed by James A. Contner. It originally broadcast on October 10, 2000. When Xander takes a mystical hit from the demon Toth that was intended for Buffy, he wakes up to find a mysterious double living his life in his place—and, frankly, doing a much better job of it.
- The Replacement is a cut side quest for the benefit of the Institute in Fallout 4.
- As the nights draw in around Castle Frank N. Stein, Chuck D. Head and Igor burst into the laboratory to discover that Professor Frank N. Stein has created a new monster. Igor's reaction changes from shock to bemusement as he notices that the creation's head is upside down. Consulting Anatomy for the D.I.Y. Monster Builder, Frank decides to grab a spanner (from The Really Big Spanner Co., no less) and spins the monster's head to its correct position. Chuck is livid, wondering why Frank needs two monsters. The professor agrees, so the new arrival vows to destroy Chuck. When throwing Head fails to work, Chuck is beaten and the monster picks him up and prepares to throw him off the castle. As Frank says his goodbyes to Chuck, he happily tells his newest creation that he'll be spending the rest
