Walden gets a Skype call from Bridget with her telling his ex-business partner Billy Stanhope (Patton Oswalt) has a business proposition for him. Billy was a man who built a company with Walden in Bridget's garage and then sold it for a couple billion dollars. Billy didn't want to sell it, which caused an end to his and Walden's friendship. Tomorrow, Billy comes in person but Walden shuts the door when he sees him. Billy pays Alan $50 to get Walden to talk to him. After a heated argument and a minor brawl and a whole day of work, Walden and Billy finish the "Stanhope-Schmidt Electric Suitcase", which turns off lights from a house to the whole earth.
