Tyler McGregor (born May 1, 1983) is a Canadian retired ice hockey player. McGregor attended the College of the Holy Cross, located in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he played four seasons 2002 – 2006) of NCAA Division I hockey with the Holy Cross Crusaders of the Atlantic Hockey (AHA) (previously MAAC) conference. On February 15, 2013, McGregor was inducted into the Holy Cross Athletic Hall of Fame.

McGregor attended the College of the Holy Cross, located in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he played four seasons 2002 – 2006) of NCAA Division I hockey with the Holy Cross Crusaders of the Atlantic Hockey (AHA) (previously MAAC) conference. He capped his outstanding college hockey career when, in his senior year, he led the AHA in points to win the 2005–06 AHA Regular Season Scoring Trophy. McGregor was honoured for his outstanding play by being awarded the AHA Individual Sportsmanship award, and was also named the AHA Player of the Year. On February 15, 2013, McGregor was inducted into the Holy Cross Athletic Hall of Fame.
