| - These torches can be placed to light up areas on floors, walls or ceilings and will look a little different depending to how they have been placed. In areas that have been lit, no Treasure Chest nor aggressive night creatures will spawn. These Torches cannot be found in Treasure Chests nor with any creatures. Bungalow Torches can only be crafted, after the recipe will be unlocked by crafting/taking a Bungalow Door for the first time (the recipe for that one is unlocked by crafting/taking Bungalow Stairs). To craft 4 Bungalow Torches at once you'll need (as of R26 in December 2016):
* 1x Coal extracted from Coal Nodes in Mountains or on the Fossil layer underground by using any kind of Extractor, or found in Wood Treasure Chests on the surface
* 1x Vines, taken from Cragwood-trees, Wildwood-trees in the Jungle or from the Loot Bags from several kinds of Leafies, respectively as their pet-harvest
* 1 (block of) Wildwood, taken from Wildwood-trees from a Jungle-biome Bungalow Torches are just as bright as Coal Torches, and so by that they are brighter than the Moss Torches you will start with. As with all open fire, be careful when putting Bungalow Torches on or especially under (!) inflammable blocks or plants that can burn. Some blocks like Shredded Leaves or most of all liquid Tar can burn very easily even in col environments. Within hot environments like Savannahs or Jungles, also tree-leaves of all kind, wood from trees, Tallgrass, Shrubs, thatched blocks, carpets and nearly every kind of crafted wood-blocks will burn - this fire is then able to spread to nearby inflammable blocks and in such ways can burn down a whole tree or even a whole grove of trees without a means to stop this (yet). You can put Bungalow Torches safely on display like on Wall Shelves, but there they will not light up the area around well.
