- FANFARE likes things loud. Whether blasting hard rock, or tuning his engines to a window- rattling drone, he's always ready to shake things up amongst his teammates. Friendly and easy-going, he's always willing to help someone in need. He's aware that he has a bit of a temper problem, and works hard to avoid it getting to anything worse than a shouting match - Unless it's against a Decepticon, in which case he tends to let off some steam. Fanfare enjoys grandstanding and showing off for humans and Autobots alike. He is strong and sturdy, and converts into C-130J Super-Hercules aerial tanker. He has a cargo capacity of 42,000 pounds, and carries fuel, supplies, or troops with equal effectiveness. His large size makes him rather slow in the air.
- Et oui, la fanfare, ce n'est pas pour les mélomanes, mais plutôt pour réveiller les voisins, surtout ceux qui se lèvent tard parce qu'ils ont voulu regarder "sans aucun doute" jusqu'à la fin.
- A victory theme, sometimes referred to as a flourish, or a fanfare in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, is a short, recognizable melody that plays at the Results screen after a character wins a Vs. match or other similar events such as a Tourney. For instance, at the Results screen after Mario wins a match, an orchestral cover of the fanfare played at the end of each level in Super Mario Bros. plays. Characters from the same universe share victory themes, though Meta Knight, Rosalina & Luma, Bowser (in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS), Bowser Jr., and Dark Pit have distinct victory themes separate from their respective universe's.

- The Fanfare is a dropship under the command of Raynor's Raiders, hailing from the battlecruiser Hyperion. It is piloted by Wil Merrick. During the Battle of Char, the Fanfare ferried Jim Raynor, his men and a recently de-infested Sarah Kerrigan from the surface of Char to the battlecruiser Bucephalus. Raynor originally hoped to reach the Hyperion and bring Kerrigan to his own sick bay, suspecting that Valerian Mengsk would treat Kerrigan as a lab experiment if he docked at his ship. However, a heavy mutalisk attack forced Raynor to dock at the Bucephalus instead.
