Dr. Yosef Ben-Ali (born August 15, 2698 in Beth Haccherem, Padrilka, declared legally dead on February 12, 2779) was a theologian and politician who founded the Bismarckian National Resistance (BNR) in 2758, and was its first National Party Chairman from 2758 until 2779. His disappearance on January 2, 2779 caused factionalism in the party and led to the demise of its first incarnation. However, the BNR was re-founded by Theodoros Waltoona in 2851.
