The 1963 Gywn Staley 400 was a Grand National (now Nextel Cup) event held at North Wilkesboro Speedway on April 28, 1963. Richard Petty dominated the event, leading 130 of the 257 laps in route to a one-lap victory on Fred Lorenzen when the race was called to rain.
