A chakra gather and release technique developed by Emanyeru in terms to balance his horrible defense in genjutsu. The user gathers chakra throughout their body and then blasts, or pulses, it out wards in all directions. This skill can also be used in terms of blowing away obstructive clouds of chakra and disrupting some jutsu.
