Xaeegee was once a strong Fakegee, like others. But one day his enemy, Zerieegee, drained his power out, leaving him very weak, He didn't want to give up, though, and he worked on science. He became a scientist, and made various gadgets and inventions which helped him to become strong again. So, while his powers are weak, he brings a lot of helpful inventions and weapons that substitute them. Unlike many Weegees, he doesn't own an Universe, a Galaxy or something, he just has a secret base somewhere in the Trolliverse, probably an artificial planet.
