If an evolved human is capable of increasing gravity in an isolated area to an incredible amount, they may be able to generate a black hole of sorts, pulling things into it indiscriminately. The black holes have an incredible dimensional pull, which is actually the gravity from some other dimension mingling with ours and thus they have a pull to them. However, the exact location at the other end of the vortices is unknown, furthermore the condition of objects (or people) who are pulled in is unknown.
