While out practicing with Raphael, Donatello discovers a young Chinese boy named Chang Lao being mugged by a group of bullies. He talks to the boy and soon learns that the boy's father is a strict non-violent person, who teaches the same to his son. After meeting the bullies again, Donatello attacks them to defend Chang Lao, but is about to be shot by one of them when Chang hits the would-be shooter. Devastated by is actions, Chang is consoled by Donatello who tells him that using violence can be good if it is to prevent even more violent thing to happen.
