The Varigosian Kingdom (Ancient Dundorfian: warigoþ þiudangard; Selucian: Regnum Varigosium; Ancient Aldegarian: File:Varijad dahyaush.png Varijād Dahyāuš; Modern Aldegarian: File:Padshahi-ye varijad.png Pādshāhi-ye Varijād) was an ancient state that ruled the territory of modern Aldegar and parts of Mordusia and Tukarali between 465 BCE and 322 BCE. The kingdom was founded after the conquest of the Kemokian Empire by the Varigosians, an ancient tribal federation of Dundorfian and Selucian tribes. The kingdom was characterized by a large degree of cultural syncretism, with the ruling class adopting many elements of Aldegarian culture, and the Aldegarians adopting Selucian divinities and using the Selucian and ancient Dundorfian languages.
