The Battle of Ord Mirit was an operation by Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire carried out in 131 ABY on the Colonies planet of Ord Mirit against a Galactic Alliance Remnant army unit, led by a Jedi Master. The operation was spearheaded by the Imperial Army. A Jedi led the defenses of the Galactic Alliance Army, along with Brigadier Kammler, from the central tower of the fort. The tower was surrounded by smaller temple bunkers, each with a defensive cannon emplacement. The AT-ATs had to take out many if them, helped by smaller Sith Imperial walkers.

| - The Battle of Ord Mirit was an operation by Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire carried out in 131 ABY on the Colonies planet of Ord Mirit against a Galactic Alliance Remnant army unit, led by a Jedi Master. The operation was spearheaded by the Imperial Army. Under the overall command of General Himron, four stormtrooper divisions, each led by a major, charged the Alpha Base, the garrison base of the Remnant on the planet. A squadron of AT-ATs, under command of Commander Malcor Ashen, attacked the main tower. An Army general, Argon, acted as the strategist, from aboard the Adjucator, a Pellaeon-class Star Destroyer. Colonel Evax Zynthar of Imperial Intelligence predicted the Alliance troop movements, also from aboard the ship. A Jedi led the defenses of the Galactic Alliance Army, along with Brigadier Kammler, from the central tower of the fort. The tower was surrounded by smaller temple bunkers, each with a defensive cannon emplacement. The AT-ATs had to take out many if them, helped by smaller Sith Imperial walkers. Halfway through the battle, Himron's Chariot LAV command vehicle was destroyed. One of the majors, Amirkul Azimov, originally commander of 62nd Stormtrooper Division, was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel and took his place. The lead AT-AT was destroyed by concentrated cannon fire, though Commander Ashen survived and continued leading from a Sith Imperial walker. In the end, the Alliance forces were eradicated. Most were killed, but some survivors fled and later joined up with the main Remnant force, the Galactic Alliance Core Fleet. The Jedi survived and went into hiding, eventually making it to the hidden temple on Ossus, where the rest of the New Jedi Order was hiding. The Empire set up a base in the ruins.
