The Spanish toy company produced several Barrio Sésamo wind-up toys under the Mecanica Ibense label to tie in with the Spanish co-production of Sesame Street. The first set of toys, made in 1976, were dancing figures of Epi (Ernie) and Blas (Bert). These toys have a wind-up key in the back; they move their arms, shake their hips and spin around. The next line of toys gave the characters cymbals and drums. These toys have a wind-up key on the right side. They play the instruments and shake their hips. Bert was given cymbals and Ernie had a drum. Toys for Don Pimpón and Espinete followed.
