| - So, in case any of you haven't seen, the new Star Wars video game has been announced: Star Wars: 1313. I, for one, am really looking forward to it. It looks like it will be a totally new twist on anything we've ever seen in a Star Wars game before. Thus, I wanted to give the WP:VG members a heads-up about the upcoming game. I encourage the members to keep up on your own personal projects, but also keep an eye on this upcoming game. I plan on tracking the info about 1313 as closely as possible, and I encourage you to do the same. If anyone has any comments and/or questions, feel free to post them below. There's been a slight new update, in case anyone missed it. 1313 has gotten a release date! Or, at least a release year. The German Sony Facebook page has confirmed that it will be released for the PlayStation 3 in 2013. From what we've seen so far, I'm sure 1313 will not be Sony exclusive, but they were the first to confirm a time of release. * Unfortunately, this information turned out to be not verified. Although Sony did indeed state the above, they later removed the information and claimed that they were merely trying to stimulate business. Officially, they claim it's false information. LucasArts confirmed that they did not give Sony permission to give out any information on release dates and platforms. FWIW, I think the information is most likely still accurate, but unfortunately we can't assume it to be absolutely true since Sony redacted the information. * Indeed. In memory of the good, old days when Star Wars games were great, I plan on nomming some video-game related stuff. Specifically, I plan to start with Unidentified bounty hunter (Level 1313) and possibly move on to Level 1313 and so on. If anyone else would like to join in, feel free.
