Red Leaf High is a Party Quest-esque event area. When a player completes a stage, they can use friendship points on various totems that raise their stats depending on their number of friendship points. In each stage, there is a random quest. Missions can be solving a question, avoiding obstacles, defeating all monsters, or defending allies. Monsters have different stats based on the player's level, as well as the stage they are on. When a player dies or runs out of time, they will be warped to the lobby and will not be able to enter again unless they buy a Red Leaf High Key from the Cash Shop, or if they wait until the next day.

Every now and then, it is released as Sengoku High, after being taken over by Oda Nobunaga where he trains Maplers to become strong and powerful Samurai warriors. In this new incarnation, it is a single-player recurring event, where the player fights twenty opponents in a row modeled after Canonical Player Character classes and then a boss at the end. Each successful opponent defeated gains Oda Coins to use at the Sengoku High merchant, including three special Totems that are necessary to complete the central goal.
