William Dummer Powell Jarvis (March 31, 1892 - April 24, 1915) was a Canadian-born hockey player who spent the 1911-12 season playing in Belgium. He was a member of the Brussels IHC squad that won the first Belgian Championship. Jarvis also played for the Belgian National Team at the 1912 LIHG Championship. His younger brother, Aemilius Jarvis, also played hockey in Belgium in 1912. Jarvis was a World War I casualty - killed fighting for the Canadian Army in Ypres in 1915.
