Nectophrynoides laevis (common name: smooth forest toad) is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical low-altitude grassland and swamps. A single specimen was collected in 2002 and it was first described in 2004.
