Diddy Diner is a food van business, set up by Victoria Barton in 2016. The business was doing well enough that Victoria employed her sister-in-law Holly Barton to help her out in the van, but in June 2016, heroin addict Holly got her drug dealer, Simon McManus, to rob the van to pay her drug debts. Victoria interrupted the robbery and got attacked as well, leaving her fearful of going out in the van. Victoria decided to sell the van, despite her husband Adam trying to persuade her not to. Holly's mother, and Victoria's mother-in-law, Moira Dingle bought the van, after Holly confided in her how she was responsible for the attack. Moira told Victoria she would keep the van at her farm until Victoria wanted it back. In late July, an article written about the food van appeared in the Yorkshire
