Admiral Darros Garbona is the most powerful and feared pirate on the Shores and one of the Bosses of the Undercity, he is told to be invincible in combat with a rapier. He commands an entire fleet of pirate ships and owns much of southern Tarloc. His influence stretches far, but he stays away from the political leaders of Tarloc, "funding" them considerably so that they won't turn against him too readily. This pirate is slowly turning into a trader, seeing his fleet as an excellent instrument to gain a monopoly on sea trade. However, the sea is big, and Darros lacks the slyness of most other traders and smugglers in Tarloc. As of yet, he has not managed to obtain the monopoly position.

The Admiral doesn't use dependants like a lot of the other bosses do. He only uses mercenaries and his own recruited captains and pirates. His part of the Tarloc Undercity is very small, and is mostly used for storage and meetings. This small territory is usually protected by one of his hired mercenaries. Krashor, a half-orc warrior, guarded his territory for many years before he was mysteriously murdered, and replaced with a female Yequi half-orc named Wabho. Garbona is rarely seen without his personal bodyguard Dankor the Brute. A six feet tall man, always clad in platemail, Dankor is said to have legendary strength and be invincible with a great sword.
