Space Demon is a 1981 video game released exclusively in Japan. It is the spiritual successor to Space Fire Bird (whether or not it was intended to be a sequel to the game is unknown), which, like Space Demon, is also a fixed shooter. In the game a "Space Demon", the game's title villain, has taken a ship with people inside. Your goal is to shoot through his waves of enemies and retrieve the ship, thus winning.
